The Most Prestigious Estate on the East Coast
LOCATION: Trammel Road, Cumming, GA
PRICE: $45,000,000
SIZE: 47,000 square feet (approx.), 7 bedrooms, 12 full and 11 half bathrooms
Le RĂªve is the most significant premier estate on the east coast and certainly one of the most beautiful estates in the world! This European inspired home was designed by Jerry Bonner/Architect Norman Askins and sits on 78 gently rolling acres north of Atlanta. The property features a golf course, lake, tennis court, stables, guest house, home theater, 2 lane bowling.
Built for $50,000,000, it was once on the market for $45,000,000 but now has been reduced, by the bank that owns it, to a paltry $28,000,000. No expense was spared, it is truly and uncompromising and luxurious estate, made certain by the Fox Theatre replica, 12-car garage and private 18-hole golf course. Oh, and did we mention it comes furnished?

I visited in 2006. It was a nice Mansion but when you overextend your money it fails. I hope Hubert still has money. Most of the team went bankrupted.

Beautiful home, why would someone need a house that huge. That’s just so crazy .After all the money and time the owners took to build the home it got foreclosed on. Maybe now they will look back and think about how they got it and how they lost it.When did foreclosed homes come fully furnished? Was all the furniture mortgaged too?
