Sales on Lake Lanier occur almost entirely in three counties; Hall, Forsyth and Dawson. While there are some lake properties in Gwinnett, their quantities are statistically insignificant. As you can see, comparing the first quarter of 2011 with the first quarter of 2010, transactions and average sales price appear to be up.
