Forsyth County SchoolsWhen Jo-Anne Jackson’s 6th grade art class was featured on a local new station recently, it came as no surprise to me. Ms. Jackson uses a “make your own test” website called Qwizzy’s World. It allows students to better prepare for tests, quizzes and CRTC testing, which is done annually.

South Forsyth Middle School took an out-of-the-box approach and partnered with Qwizzy’s World to offer discounted memberships for students. The website allows for instant scoring, providing immediate feedback for the student. It’s no wonder that South Forsyth Middle School is one of the best schools in North Atlanta, ranking 14th in the entire state according to the Georgia Report Card for Parents site.

The Forsyth County School System takes a progressive approach and the school scores are reflective of that approach. It’s no wonder that families moving into North Atlanta and looking for good schools for their children end up searching for homes in Forsyth County.

If you’re moving to the area and schools are important to you, let us help you find the perfect fit for your family.

One Response to “South Forysth Middle School: Setting the Bar”

  1. I’ve used the Qwizzy’s World site at home with my son, and I like what I have seen! I think it’s great that Forsyth County schools are utilizing this technology and really strengthening the home-school connection. Students and teachers will really benefit from this approach. The immediate feedback is a great feature, as it helps kids realize where their strength and weaknesses lie. I am so glad to see that Qwizzy’s World is helping middle school students to succeed!
