The percentage of distressed properties still listed for sale in Forsyth County that are identified as “New Construction”. Definition: distressed included Bank Owned, Government Owned, Potential Short Sale and Short Sale Approved properties.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are freezing all foreclosures between December 20th and January 3rd.
The number of loans that are 30, 60 and 90-days late have all decreased over the past quarter. However, the freeze won’t make a big difference in the already slowing number of foreclosures hitting the market.
